Description

You will design, develop, and enhance front-office trading applications using C# and .NET.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain systems for Bonds, CLOs, Repos, Loans, and Interest Rate Futures.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts to deliver business-driven solutions.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle, including analysis, testing, deployment, and support.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize platform performance and stability.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in C# and .NET technologies.
• Experience in Front Office trading or capital markets environments.
• Understanding of Fixed Income products (Bonds, Repos, CLOs, Loans, Interest Rate Derivatives).
• Familiarity with trading, pricing, and risk management systems.
• Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional global teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting electronic trading platforms.
• Knowledge of TRACE reporting workflows.
• Exposure to global markets or investment banking technology environments.
