Description

You will build and optimize systems for the end-to-end market data lifecycle, from acquisition to archiving.

Responsibilities

• Improve processes for market data normalization, control, distribution, and archiving to support trading and analytical systems.
• Optimize data pipelines and infrastructure to manage large volumes of data with minimal latency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to onboard new data feeds and resolve integration issues.
• Implement data quality standards and monitor integrity to address discrepancies promptly.
• Oversee the integration of market data with trading platforms, analytics tools, and reporting systems.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of relevant software development experience.
• Proficiency in C# and .NET Framework.
• Experience creating REST Web Services and APIs using WebApi.
• Strong understanding of asynchronous mechanisms in modern .NET development.
• Proficiency with MS SQL and database operations.
• Experience with Git source code management.
• Ability to write extensive unit tests using automated TDD.
• Experience creating configuration, build, and test scripts for CI environments.
• Practical application of SOLID principles, clean coding, and continuous refactoring.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with financial market data management.
• Exposure to gRPC binary protocol and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with containerized deployments using Docker or OpenShift.
