Description

Lead the design, architecture, and development of integrated back-office products within an enterprise multi-tier environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead software engineers in designing and implementing well-integrated products and defining system architecture.
• Perform hands-on software design and development using .NET and establish architectural standards.
• Evaluate and recommend technologies based on product needs and industry trends.
• Conduct peer code reviews, provide technical feedback, and cross-train developers on new features.
• Develop and execute unit tests for product components to ensure high quality and scalability.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years of proven technical lead and architect experience.
• Expertise in C#, ASP.NET, and ASP.NET MVC web frameworks.
• Proficiency in Entity Framework and code-first design.
• Strong experience with JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, HTML, and CSS.
• Deep knowledge of LINQ and ADO.NET.
• Experience with .NET Framework 3.5 or above, including WPF, WCF, and WF.
• Expertise in design patterns, SOA design, and web service development.
• Advanced SQL statement writing skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with React, Redux, and the Guidewire Billing system.
• Prior experience in the insurance industry.
• Microsoft certifications.
