Description

You will lead software design and drive the development of back-office projects, defining system architecture and technical standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead software engineers and define system architecture.
• Perform hands-on design and development in .NET.
• Prepare technical design and architecture documents.
• Conduct peer code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years as a technical lead or architect.
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, and SQL.
• Expertise in ASP.NET and ASP.NET MVC.
• Skilled in JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, HTML, and CSS.
• Knowledge of WPF, WCF, WF, and ADO.NET.
• Understanding of design patterns, SOA, and web services.
• Experience with multi-tier enterprise systems.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Comfortable working in Agile environments.
