Description

You will lead the full software development lifecycle, from feasibility studies and systems analysis to implementation and post-launch security reviews.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, and IT planning for complex application projects.
• Monitor and control all development phases, including analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation.
• Analyze complex business problems and recommend advanced programming solutions to optimize processes.
• Develop and enforce security measures during post-implementation analysis to ensure system integrity.
• Serve as a technical advisor and mentor to junior analysts while managing stakeholder expectations.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a .NET Developer with strong expertise in C# and ASP.NET.
• Proven track record in software applications development and systems analysis.
• Experience in project management, including timeline estimation and resource planning.
• Ability to apply consulting methodologies and manage project risks effectively.
• Strong understanding of application programming standards and compliance regulations.
• Experience mentoring team members and managing deadlines under pressure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
