Description

You will provide L2/L3 support for desktop and web applications, managing the incident lifecycle from triage to resolution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform L2 analysis to investigate issues, identify root causes, and provide detailed bug reports to the development team.
• Manage incident triaging to ensure all service desk requests meet established SLAs.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides and how-to articles for the knowledge base.
• Coordinate daily with development, IT support, product, and QA teams to resolve technical issues.
• Communicate technical findings and status updates to clients and product management.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of IT experience with at least 4 years focused on .NET technologies.
• Proficiency in C#, Microsoft ASP.Net, ASP.NET MVC, and ASP.NET API.
• Experience with .NET Core, .NET 6.0, and 7.X frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and Angular.
• Deep understanding of REST APIs and client-server architecture.
• Experience with SQL, including writing complex queries and query optimization.
• Ability to read and analyze application logs to troubleshoot issues.
• Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies, including Agile and Iterative processes.

Preferred Skills

• ITIL certification.
