Description

Lead technical execution and code quality for backend services and applications across the full software development lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of applications and backend services using C#, ASP.NET MVC, and Web API.
• Design and implement software using appropriate design patterns to ensure maintainability and reusability.
• Mentor junior teammates and participate in code reviews to enforce programming standards.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Collaborate with business and system analysts to clarify requirements and implement solutions within an Agile SDLC.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET MVC, and Web API.
• Strong experience with JavaScript and jQuery.
• Deep understanding of system design patterns and tiered architecture.
• Experience with Node.js, AngularJS, and CSS.
• Proven ability to plan and manage projects and solve complex technical problems.
• Strong communication skills for discussing technical and business requirements.
• Ability to write clear system documentation and address production issues promptly.

Preferred Skills

• Experience driving code quality and project execution as a technical lead.
