Description

Define technical specifications, lead solution design, and drive full-cycle development and support for .NET applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and solution designs.
• Lead development, testing, and troubleshooting across the full software lifecycle.
• Analyze existing systems, data flows, and APIs to identify optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and QA teams during Agile ceremonies.
• Manage project planning, risk assessment, and change management documentation.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of experience in software development and technical leadership.
• Strong proficiency in C# and ASP.NET 4.5.
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and Cloud DevOps practices.
• Proven track record in Agile project delivery.
• Ability to gather requirements and document business workflows.
• Experience with system implementation, integration, and performance monitoring.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading technical teams and mentoring engineers.
• Background in compliance and security standards implementation.
