Description

You will lead design sessions, translate business requirements into technical specifications, and own the full project lifecycle from requirements to deployment and support.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead design sessions and translate complex business requirements into solution architecture and technical specifications.
• Develop, implement, and support software solutions using C#, SQL Server, and WinForms.
• Create technical documentation including Business Requirements Documents, design/deployment documents, and configuration guides.
• Coordinate project efforts, manage deadlines, and recommend business process improvements.
• Design and execute test plans to ensure functional quality and provide end-user support.

Required Skills

• 7 to 10 years of full-stack development experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior developer role.
• Strong proficiency in C# and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Hands-on experience with WinForms development.
• Experience with Azure cloud development and Git version control.
• Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proven ability in database management and information systems architecture.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
