Senior .NET Developer based in Smithfield, RI, responsible for designing and maintaining scalable web and desktop applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable software solutions using C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and Web API.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following OOP principles and design patterns.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior developers.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle from initial concept to implementation and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot defects, optimize application performance, and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in .NET development.
• Expertise in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and Web API.
• Strong experience with Oracle and relational database design.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
• Experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular or React.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns.
• Experience with version control systems like Git or SVN.
• Practical experience with unit testing and test-driven development (TDD).

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Azure cloud platforms.
• Experience with CI/CD processes and DevOps practices.
