Description

You will lead the development and maintenance of software systems managing complex financial business processes, translating user requirements into technical solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead development teams and manage technical delivery of financial systems.
• Conduct complex systems analysis to define and implement business solutions.
• Maintain and develop software using CA Gen workstation tools, web servers, and batch procedures.
• Integrate research and best practices to drive continuous improvement in legacy systems.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a lead developer or development manager.
• 5+ years of experience with CA Gen workstation tools and CA Gen Com Proxy service.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases, specifically DB2 for z/OS or Oracle.
• Experience with Classic ASP web page development.
• Technical proficiency in COBOL, CICS, JCL, and IBM Z-Server.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio and .NET.
• Knowledge of VB and JavaScript.
