Description

Lead technical execution for a small development team while contributing hands-on software development.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical execution and implement development activities for small teams.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership and product owners to design software architecture from high-level requirements.
• Own detailed planning, scheduling, and execution of development plans to meet business goals.
• Define and enforce engineering standards, including code reviews and unit testing.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience working with Microsoft technologies.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET.
• Experience developing with WebAPI and WPF.
• Experience with NodeJS or JavaScript.
• Experience with MS SQL Server or NoSQL databases.
• Experience working within AWS environments.
• Degree in any field of study.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using Git for version control.
• Experience with Jenkins for CI/CD.
