Description

You will lead small development teams to deliver full-lifecycle software solutions for the Investment Management organization, owning architecture, design, and implementation within an Agile environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead project-based development teams, managing requirements gathering, solution architecture, and task distribution.
• Manage the end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle, including design, implementation, and maintenance of technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot, triage, and resolve application issues through business day support and overnight rotation.
• Collaborate with internal investment and operations teams, plus external vendors, to build stable technical solutions.
• Support job processing streams and scheduling environments to ensure application stability.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of relational database development, including strong SQL query, design, and implementation skills.
• 5+ years of experience with C#.NET and ASP.NET MVC.
• Experience with TFS for source control and project management.
• Proficiency in web development tools: HTML5, Web API, JavaScript, jQuery, LINQ, and CSS.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar field.
• Proven ability to lead projects and manage small teams.
• Experience in the asset management industry.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server (2012-2019), SQL Server Reporting Services, or Data Warehousing.
• Knowledge of Python, Power BI, and Microsoft Azure Cloud technology.
• Experience with Kendo UI/Telerik.
