Description

You will lead end-to-end software development, owning architecture, coding, testing, and deployment for .NET Core applications. You will design and optimize SQL relational databases and build RESTful APIs. You will implement cloud-native architectures using Azure, including microservices, containerization with Docker and Kubernetes, and serverless solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-stack development using .NET Core and JavaScript, ensuring scalable and performant code.
• Design and optimize SQL database schemas and data models for enterprise applications.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, with strong preference for Helios experience.
• Drive Agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban), conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers.
• Integrate AI tools for code generation, testing automation, and documentation to boost team productivity.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Deep expertise in .NET Core and .NET-based application design and optimization.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript for front-end integration and full-stack collaboration.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and relational database design, modeling, and optimization.
• Proven track record building and integrating RESTful APIs and web services.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures, including microservices and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift).
• Practical knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, GitHub, and GitHub Actions.
• Experience with automated testing (unit, integration, and deployment validation).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure core services and infrastructure management.
• Experience implementing AI-driven automation, such as using Azure AI services for business process automation or agentic AI solutions.
• Experience mentoring teams on AI tool integration to enhance engineering productivity.
