Role Overview
We’re looking for experienced Senior .NET Engineers / Leads who can take ownership of designing and building scalable, distributed systems end-to-end. This role demands strong hands-on coding expertise along with architectural thinking in cloud-native environments (AWS).

Mandatory Skills
Strong experience in C#, .NET 6+, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core
Hands-on experience with AWS (mandatory), including Cognito
Expertise in Microservices Architecture & Event-driven systems (MassTransit preferred)
Strong experience with messaging systems:
Apache Kafka
RabbitMQ
Azure Service Bus (or equivalent)
Experience in reliable messaging, event consistency & retry mechanisms
Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, containerization
Strong database skills: SQL Server, MongoDB, Redis
Experience with Identity Providers & multi-tenant architectures
Exposure to AI-assisted tools: GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, OpenAI, Claude
Domain experience in Payments / FinTech (preferred)

Core Engineering Fundamentals
Strong understanding of Clean / Layered Architecture
Experience with SAGA Pattern, API Gateway, middleware pipelines
Solid grasp of SOLID Principles, Design Patterns & Dependency Injection
