Description

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise healthcare applications using .NET 8+, C#, Angular, and SQL Server.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable web applications and RESTful APIs using .NET Core, C#, and Angular.
• Design and optimize relational database solutions in SQL Server, including complex queries and stored procedures.
• Integrate healthcare systems using EDI X12 (837, 835, 834, 270/271) and HL7/FHIR standards.
• Deploy and manage applications in Azure or AWS, contributing to CI/CD pipelines and release automation.
• Ensure HIPAA/PHI compliance and implement secure coding practices across the application lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 7–10+ years of software development experience with Microsoft technologies.
• Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, and .NET 6/7/8.
• 5+ years of experience with Angular (12+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.
• Extensive expertise in Entity Framework Core, LINQ, and Dependency Injection.
• Advanced SQL Server and T-SQL skills, including query optimization and performance tuning.
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• 3+ years of cloud experience with Azure or AWS.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, PHI, and healthcare regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with HL7 and FHIR integration.
• Background in Healthcare, Health Insurance, Payer, Provider, or Clinical domains.
