Description

You will design and develop a budget and spend plan tool for agency-wide financial management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop .NET Core applications and backend services using C# and Web API.
• Implement software design patterns to ensure high reusability and maintainability.
• Write effective unit and integration tests to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Collaborate with architects and business owners to clarify and implement technical requirements.
• Participate in Agile SDLC and produce necessary system documentation.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of .NET web application development experience.
• Expertise in C# and the .NET Core framework.
• Proficiency with Angular or Blazor.
• Strong database development experience using SQL Server.
• Experience with Web API, jQuery, JavaScript, CSS3, and HTML5.
• Experience with source control using TFS and automated builds with Microsoft Team Foundation.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Experience working within Agile SDLC best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle, SOAP services, Azure Cloud concepts, or PowerBI.
