Description

You will own the architecture, development, and modernization of enterprise full-stack applications, specifically migrating legacy MS Access systems to .NET.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define application architecture and technical design for scalable .NET and React/Angular solutions.
• Reverse engineer and modernize legacy MS Access/VBA applications to .NET Core and cloud-ready structures.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub for automated testing and deployment.
• Develop REST APIs and microservices, ensuring secure coding, authentication (OAuth/JWT), and performance tuning.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to enforce coding standards and quality governance.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in .NET Full Stack Development.
• Strong expertise in .NET Core / .NET 6+, ASP.NET MVC, and Web API.
• Proficiency in React.js or Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with MS Access (Frontend), VBA, and SQL Server backend architecture.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline creation and management (Azure DevOps / GitHub).
• Strong understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and performance tuning.
• Experience in microservices architecture and REST API development.

Preferred Skills

• Domain experience in Discrete / Mfg. Industry / Aero Industry.
• Familiarity with manufacturing/engineering environments, part definitions, and CAD tools (e.g., CATIA).
