Description

You will own the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-level software applications across the full SDLC.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable applications using .NET, C#, and Angular within the Microsoft 365/Power Platform ecosystem.
• Engineer Oracle 19c database solutions, including schema design, PL/SQL, and performance tuning.
• Implement cloud architecture on Azure, focusing on modernization, containerization, and serverless patterns.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions for automated deployment.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, architectural diagrams, and clear documentation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on software design and development experience with enterprise applications.
• Strong proficiency in .NET, C#, and Angular.
• Expertise in Oracle 19c (SQL, PL/SQL, schema design, performance tuning).
• Solid knowledge of Azure cloud architecture, including modernization and containerization.
• Experience with CI/CD tools: Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
• Strong security and compliance background (PCI DSS, encryption, Azure AD).
• Knowledge of server platforms: ColdFusion/Lucee, WebLogic, Apache, Tomcat.
• Understanding of networking (TCP/IP, VPNs, VLANs) and Linux scripting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with government or public-sector projects, including judicial contracting processes.
• Familiarity with EHR applications (Epic, Allscripts) and reporting tools (Crystal Reports, Power BI).
• Experience in software license and contract management.
