Description

You lead the design, development, and implementation of complex software programs and framework components as a technical lead.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define development strategy and multi-year approaches for client programs.
• Create conceptual designs, technical specifications, and process flows for business requirements.
• Coordinate all tasks for software development, implementation, and integration with third-party systems.
• Evaluate new technologies, guide proof of concepts, and recommend solutions to enhance user experience.
• Identify security issues, manage program risks, and perform code reviews to ensure high-quality delivery.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with 10+ years of software development experience.
• Strong expertise in Java, J2EE, .NET (C#/ASP.NET), Python, PHP, and Ruby.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies including AngularJS, jQuery, XML, and Web Services.
• Experience with microservices, modular frameworks, and object-oriented programming.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry standards, including Medicaid Information Technology Architecture (MITA).
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases, Linux/Unix commands, and version control tools (JIRA, SVN).
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Oracle Cloud, IBM Cloud) and agile development methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in healthcare project implementations and understanding of CMMI maturity levels.
• Knowledge of UML modeling, SharePoint, and enterprise architecture principles.
