Description

You will lead development projects, designing complex software programs and defining multi-year development strategies for clients. You will own the technical direction, from conceptual design and technical specifications to implementation and third-party integrations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead development teams and provide technical strategy for enterprise applications.
• Design system architectures, create technical specifications, and define process flows.
• Evaluate new technologies and guide proof-of-concepts for innovation.
• Conduct code and design reviews to ensure quality and security standards.
• Manage project risks, escalations, and coordinate with business analysis teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
• Deep expertise in .NET, ASP.NET, and J2EE ecosystems.
• Strong knowledge of AngularJS, HTML, and Bootstrap for front-end development.
• Experience with microservices, modular frameworks, and web services.
• Proficiency in relational and non-relational database concepts.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix command line and version control tools (JIRA, SVN).
• Understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Healthcare industry experience, including knowledge of Medicaid IT Architecture.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Oracle Cloud, IBM Cloud).
