Description

You will lead the end-to-end migration of WebFOcus reports, data logic, and scheduling workflows into a scalable .NET Core reporting platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead the migration of WebFOcus reports and data logic to a .NET Core platform using FastReports.NET.
• Design backend reporting services, Web APIs, and reusable components for execution, scheduling, and metadata management.
• Implement data integration using SQL Server, EF Core, LINQ, and Azure Service Bus for asynchronous and event-driven reporting.
• Establish architectural standards for report templates, versioning, distribution, and security.
• Build CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps to enforce security, logging, monitoring, and code quality.
• Collaborate with business users and data teams to validate requirements and produce architectural documentation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience, including enterprise-scale .NET development.
• Expertise in .NET Core and C#.
• Strong experience with Web API and SQL Server.
• Hands-on expertise in reporting modernization using WebFOcus and FastReports.NET.
• Proven experience architecting large-scale reporting platforms with Azure Service Bus and asynchronous messaging.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
