What's the Job?

• Analyze requirements for software programs or application enhancements and create detailed programming specifications.
• Scope and estimate your own work to ensure timely delivery.
• Present technical information effectively to diverse audiences.
• Write or modify code for complex software programs, components, or applications.
• Perform development testing and document results for future reference and maintenance.

What's Needed?

• Proficient in MS SQL Server, XML, XSLT, Visual Studio, C# .NET language
•  Experience using Git with Visual Studio
•  Experience using the browser to Clone Git repos to your local machine.
• Experience upgrading Nugget Packages.
• Experience using Visual Studio to Pull updates, create local branches, commit changes, Push local branch to the origin.
• Experience using the browser to create a Pull request and assign code reviewers.
• Know the concept of Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines
• Experience working with Microsoft technology stack (Windows Server, Visual Studio, TFS, ADO pipelines)
• Excellent communication skills - listening, verbal and written
• Excellent organization skills with the ability to work on multiple projects and/or assignment simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities
• Strong leadership skills
• Proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment, collaborating with others to establish common goals

Preferred Skills:

• Property & Casualty Insurance Knowledge
• Duck Creek Knowledge
• Prior use of REST, SoapUI, Power Shell, and/or Postman.
• Knowledge of Agile/SCRUM and DevOps methodologies
