Description

You will own the full development lifecycle for complex .NET applications, from requirement analysis and specification to code delivery and testing.

Responsibilities

• Analyze software requirements and create detailed programming specifications for application enhancements.
• Write, modify, and test code for complex components using C# and .NET within Visual Studio.
• Scope and estimate your own work to ensure timely delivery of features and fixes.
• Manage Git workflows including cloning, branching, committing, pushing, and creating pull requests with code reviews.
• Document testing results and maintain knowledge for future reference and system maintenance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with C# .NET, MS SQL Server, XML, and XSLT.
• Proficiency in Visual Studio and Git version control workflows.
• Experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and Microsoft technology stack (Windows Server, TFS).
• Ability to upgrade NuGet packages and manage dependencies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to present technical information effectively.
• Proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment with multiple priorities and tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Property & Casualty Insurance and Duck Creek systems.
• Experience with REST APIs, SoapUI, PowerShell, and/or Postman.
