Description

Lead application modernization, cloud migration, and enterprise development using Microsoft .NET and Azure.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise applications using ASP.NET Core, C#, and .NET Framework 4.8.
• Build and maintain cloud solutions on Azure, including Functions, App Services, API Management, and Storage.
• Modernize legacy systems by migrating WebForms to ASP.NET Core and SSRS to Power BI.
• Manage SQL Server databases with advanced T-SQL and maintain comprehensive data documentation.
• Ensure security compliance through ATO remediation, secure coding practices, and WCAG 2.0 accessibility standards.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in ASP.NET Core, C#, and .NET Framework 4.8.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure services (Databricks, Synapse, Functions, App Services, API Management, Blob Storage, Monitor).
• Proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, and Kendo UI.
• Experience with SQL Server and advanced T-SQL.
• Proven track record of technical leadership and code reviews.
• U.S. Citizenship and continuous U.S. residency for the past 36 months.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Azure certifications (Solutions Architect Expert, Developer Associate).
• Experience with Federal ATO/RMF processes and VA government projects.
