Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Application Development

• Design, develop, and enhance enterprise-level applications using C# and the latest .NET Framework/.NET Core technologies.
• Architect and implement AWS cloud-native solutions for application modernization initiatives.
• Define scalable, secure, high-performing application architectures following industry best practices.
• Lead the transformation of legacy applications into modern microservices-based architectures.
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs using .NET Web API and related technologies.

Cloud & Modernization Initiatives

• Design and implement cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services such as:
• AWS SQS
• AWS S3
• Compute and integration services as required
• Collaborate with infrastructure, DevOps, and cloud teams to drive migration and modernization programs.
• Evaluate existing systems and recommend architectural improvements for scalability, reliability, security, and cost optimization.
• Lead database migration and modernization efforts involving MS SQL Server and PostgreSQL.

Technical Leadership

• Lead the complete software development lifecycle, including:
• Requirement analysis
• Solution design
• Development
• Testing
• Deployment
• Production support
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and coaching to development teams.
• Establish and promote coding standards, architecture principles, and engineering best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to quality, security, and performance standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and technical innovation across projects.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud services and enterprise applications.
• Communicate architectural decisions, technical risks, and recommendations effectively to stakeholders.

Operations & Support

Partner with DevOps teams to automate deployment pipelines and release processes.

Monitor application performance, availability, and reliability.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in development, testing, and production environments.

Ensure high availability and operational excellence of business-critical applications.

AI & Digital Transformation

Apply foundational AI knowledge to support system architecture and modernization strategies.

Identify opportunities to incorporate AI-enabled capabilities into enterprise platforms and business processes.

Support digital transformation initiatives through emerging technologies and intelligent automation.

Required Qualifications

• Significant experience in enterprise application development using .NET technologies.

• Proven ability to lead technical teams and drive architecture decisions.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Preferred Qualifications
• AWS Certifications (Solutions Architect, Developer, or related).
• Experience in application modernization and cloud migration programs.
• Exposure to AI-enabled solutions and enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements within cloud ecosystems
