Description

You will lead the technical direction for the Project and Activity Management (PAM) product, overseeing both frontend and backend development.

Responsibilities

  • Guide technical decision-making for the PAM product and collaborate with System Architects to maintain the architectural runway.
  • Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and lead training sessions to enforce coding standards and best practices.
  • Manage technical ceremonies, including security and quality gate reviews, and lead the execution of PoCs.
  • Resolve L2/L3 technical incidents, monitor system health, and participate in non-functional testing such as load and connectivity tests.
  • Oversee release deployments and ensure all software meets established quality and security standards.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
  • Strong proficiency with .NET 8 and microservices architecture.
  • Experience with ReactJS and frontend development.
  • Hands-on experience with Redis, Apache Kafka, and MongoDB.
  • Proficiency with Linux commands, server management, and Kubernetes or OpenShift.
  • Experience managing CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps.
  • Knowledge of API Management (APIM) and cloud platforms.
  • Working knowledge of Agile methodologies including Scrum or SAFe.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in low connectivity contexts.
  • Proficiency in French.
