Description

Lead technical direction for the Project and Activity Management application, overseeing front-end and back-end development.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Guide technical decision-making for scalable, secure, and efficient solutions.
• Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce coding standards.
• Manage incident resolution (L2/L3) and monitor system health.
• Lead technical ceremonies including security and quality gate reviews.
• Collaborate with architects to maintain the architectural runway.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in .NET 8 and microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with ReactJS and front-end development.
• Deep understanding of Redis, Apache Kafka, and MongoDB.
• Experience with API Management (APIM).
• Proficiency with Kubernetes, OpenShift, and Linux server management.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in low connectivity contexts.
• Fluency in French.
