Description

You will design, develop, and maintain applications within the IBM Tivoli Netcool Product Suite. You own the integration of Netcool with enterprise systems and the troubleshooting of production issues.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop solutions using IBM Tivoli Netcool, Impact Omnibus, Netcool Probes, and ITNM.
• Integrate Netcool with enterprise applications via Web Services and REST APIs.
• Build, test, and simulate new product integrations based on specific client requirements.
• Debug and troubleshoot production software application issues.
• Identify and report technical risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.

Required Skills

• 8 to 10 years of experience in software development and architecture design.
• Expert knowledge of the IBM Tivoli Netcool Product Suite.
• Strong programming skills in Java, Python, Perl, and SQL.
• Proficiency in Shell scripting.
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP, TL1, CORBA, and NMP protocols.
• Experience with ITIL processes and related tools.
• Ability to work within large, diverse teams across multiple locations.
• Strong technical documentation and presentation skills.
• Any Graduate degree.
