Description

You will lead the administration, design, implementation, and support of NetSuite ERP applications across Finance, Quality, Procurement, and IT functions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain operational health of ERP applications and boundary systems while ensuring alignment with regulatory compliance and inspection readiness.
• Analyze processes, risks, and controls to identify improvement opportunities and partner with management to resolve deficiencies.
• Establish and maintain detailed process documentation, workflows, system interfaces, and data flows.
• Support NetSuite initiatives focused on internal control procedures, change management, security, access rights, and external technology interfaces.

Required Skills

• 8 years of expertise in application administration, development, configuration, release, validation, and operations within a pharma or biotechnology setting.
• Advanced NetSuite knowledge including roles, permissions, custom objects, scripting, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
• Mandatory experience with 21 CFR Part 11, DSCSA, and Serialization processes/chain of identity.
• Strong understanding of SOX internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in System Administration, Change Management, Data Integrity, ALCOA+, and SOPs.
• Experience with ERP Management, including oversight of enhancements and enterprise-wide operations.

Preferred Skills

• MBA or MS degree.
• Oracle NetSuite administration certificate.
• Experience within the rare disease space.
