Description

You will support and maintain the NetSuite Production environment while adhering to SOX requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a healthy backlog of support cases and monitor the queue regularly.
• Participate in month-end and quarter-end closing activities with the business.
• Troubleshoot, identify root causes, and drive resolutions for system issues.
• Test system configurations and customizations.
• Work on ad hoc projects and other corporate initiatives as assigned.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of industry experience, with at least 5 years focused on NetSuite support.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Finance, or Accounting.
• Solid understanding of NetSuite business processes: Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, and third-party integrations.
• Hands-on experience creating custom NetSuite fields, records, forms, workflows, Suitescripts, searches, reports, and dashboards.
• Knowledge of NetSuite system architecture, roles/permissions, SuiteFlow, and Suite Builder.
• Familiarity with Agile/Sprint development models.
• Proficiency in SQL and understanding of relational database models.
• Experience with Javascript, jQuery, HTML, XML, and JSON.
• Knowledge of SDLC processes.

Preferred Skills

• Accounting, Inventory, and Fulfillment knowledge.
• Familiarity with Jira.
