Description

Manage enterprise LAN/WAN infrastructure, security, and hybrid cloud connectivity while serving as the primary escalation point for complex network diagnostics.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, install, and maintain LAN/WAN hardware and software, including Cisco Nexus 9K switches, routers, access points, and FortiGate firewalls.
• Manage end-to-end network security using FortiGate firewalls, Cisco ISE, and DNA Center, ensuring robust enterprise security posture.
• Establish, test, and maintain secure VPN tunnels connecting external vendor locations to client facilities.
• Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and routing issues under pressure, prioritizing support tickets based on business impact.
• Support AWS hybrid cloud networking by configuring Transit Gateway, PrivateLink, and Route 53 DNS resolution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network administration and infrastructure management.
• Strong expertise in LAN/WAN technologies, including Cisco Nexus 9K, routers, and access points.
• Proficiency with FortiGate firewalls for network security and threat management.
• Hands-on experience with AWS networking services, including Transit Gateway, PrivateLink, and VPC Endpoints.
• Ability to configure and troubleshoot DNS resolution using Amazon Route 53.
• Experience establishing and maintaining secure VPN connections.
• Any Graduate degree.
