Description

You will manage, support, and optimize network infrastructure across a multi-site environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer Cisco Core Routers, Distribution Switches, and End-Access Switches to ensure optimal configuration and uptime.
• Manage Wireless Controllers and Access Points, including AP placement, channel planning, and security settings.
• Monitor network performance, availability, and traffic patterns to proactively resolve connectivity or hardware issues.
• Plan and execute network upgrades, firmware updates, and security patches for all Cisco hardware.
• Implement network redundancy, failover, and recovery procedures to support disaster recovery and business continuity goals.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in Information Technology.
• 3+ years of experience specifically in Cisco Routing, Switching, and WLAN.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco Core Routers and Distribution/Access Switches.
• Proficiency in managing Wireless Controllers and Wireless Access Points.
• Experience with network monitoring, troubleshooting, and hardware maintenance.
• Knowledge of network security settings and firmware management.
• Ability to coordinate maintenance windows and upgrades to minimize system downtime.

Preferred Skills

• ITIL Foundation or similar IT service management certification.
• Experience working in a global delivery environment with multiple stakeholders.
