Description

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure including routers, switches, DNS, and F5 Load Balancers.
• Configure and support Routing and Switching technologies such as BGP, OSPF, VLANs, STP, and TCP/IP networks.
• Perform F5 LTM implementation, configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Administer and troubleshoot DNS services and related network connectivity issues.
• Monitor network performance, analyze traffic patterns, and proactively address bottlenecks.
• Support network changes, migrations, and infrastructure transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with Cloud, Security, Server, and Application teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and maintain technical documentation.
• Provide L2/L3 support for complex network incidents and escalations.
Required Skills
• Strong hands-on experience in:
o Routing & Switching (BGP, OSPF, VLAN, STP)
o DNS Administration & Troubleshooting
o F5 Load Balancer (LTM/GTM) Implementation & Support
o TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Network Security
o Network Monitoring & Performance Analysis
o Incident, Change, and Problem Management
Preferred Skills
• Experience in Cloud Migration projects (AWS/Azure).
• Knowledge of AWS Networking (VPC, VPN, Transit Gateway, Security Groups, Load Balancers).
• Exposure to Firewall technologies and hybrid cloud connectivity.
• Experience with automation/scripting (Python, Ansible, Terraform) is desirable.
Certifications
• CCNA / CCNP
• F5 Certified Administrator (201/301)
