Description

You lead large-scale networking projects with a focus on wireless specialization and infrastructure systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical guidance on current networking technologies and wireless systems.
• Partner with operations teams to develop, implement, and sustain configuration standards and tools across fulfillment centers.
• Deploy and maintain networking software tools, anticipating bottlenecks and influencing vendor roadmaps.
• Collaborate with systems and software engineers to ensure smooth rollouts of new networking designs.
• Manage escalations, execute technical tradeoff analyses, and define quarterly tasks with program management.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Networking Technologies, Wireless Networking, and Network Infrastructure.
• Strong background in Systems Engineering and Software Engineering principles.
• Hands-on experience with Network Configuration and management tools.
• Proficiency in Agile Development methodologies, including sprint planning and backlog grooming.
• Demonstrated experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure.
• Ability to lead large networking projects and handle ambiguity in entrepreneurial environments.
• Experience contributing to design reviews, proof of concept definitions, and execution.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Amazon fulfillment center supply chain systems, warehouse management solutions, or end-user equipment management.
• Background in Machine Learning applications within distributed systems or network optimization.
