Description

Engineer and architect global firewall infrastructure, leading the migration from Cisco ASA to Firepower OS while troubleshooting SD-WAN and network connectivity issues.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement Cisco firewall solutions for global client sites in a manufacturing environment.
• Lead the migration project from Cisco ASA firewalls to Firepower OS, including server setup and Firewall Management Console configuration.
• Consolidate firewall sets for sites with multiple units and transition operational support to the TCS Network Operations team.
• Troubleshoot SD-WAN and general network issues, collaborating with the Enterprise Network Team to educate the organization on firewall management.
• Perform off-hours changes and updates as required, maintaining detailed documentation and providing customer-focused support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering and architecture.
• Expert-level knowledge of Cisco firewalls, specifically Cisco ASA and Firepower OS.
• Strong experience with Aruba SD-WAN implementation and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in setting up and managing Firewall Management Consoles.
• Ability to work effectively with enterprise teams and document technical processes.
• Experience supporting global infrastructure in a manufacturing context.
