Experience implementing new technologies in a large organization.
Experience deploying and troubleshooting Cisco 9000 series wireless access points using Cisco DNA Center.
Familiarity with single-phase electrical power distribution for network equipment.
Familiarity with Splunk, Syslog, SQL, or other log aggregation tools.
Knowledge of SNMP, Intermapper, Cisco Thousand Eyes, and other enterprise network monitoring tools used to monitor both on-premises and cloud infrastructure.
Knowledge of electrical power distribution for network and telecommunications.
Knowledge of 802.11a/b/g/n/AC/AX and the 2.4, 5, and 6 GHz wireless spectrum.
Knowledge of 802.11 wireless security standards such as 802.1x, certificate authentication, WPA, WPA2, and WPA-PSK.
Knowledge and experience designing, supporting, and troubleshooting a wireless network infrastructure. Including experience with Cisco wireless controllers.
Proficient with Visio, Microsoft Office suite, and SharePoint.
Demonstrate well-rounded communication skills to interact with end-users, management, and vendors effectively.
