Description

You will manage and support complex enterprise network infrastructure, focusing on Cisco equipment, SD-WAN, and network documentation.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage physical installation, configuration, and decommissioning of switches and routers across fiber and copper infrastructure.
• Produce and maintain engineering documentation, test plans, and network diagrams using Visio and Microsoft Office.
• Perform firmware upgrades, circuit activation, and troubleshooting during non-business hours.
• Coordinate testing and resolution of complex technical issues using network management systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years implementing and managing complex Cisco network infrastructure.
• Experience with VLAN, VRF, subnetting, and Cisco IOS code deployment.
• Proficiency with Cisco DNA Center (DNAC), Meraki dashboard, and SD-WAN.
• Experience with Cisco Catalyst 9300/9400 switches and 4400/8000/9500 series routers.
• Strong documentation skills using Visio, Microsoft Office Suite, and SharePoint.
• Ability to troubleshoot copper and fiber cabling infrastructure.

Preferred Skills

• Cisco certifications (CCNA, CCNP, or CCT).
• Experience with Splunk, Syslog, or SQL for log aggregation.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
