Senior Network Engineer

You will act as a technical specialist responsible for testing, analyzing, and validating complex network configurations and designs before production deployment.

Responsibilities

• Test network change scripts using simulation tools such as EVE-NG, Cisco CML, and Riverbed NetPlanner.
• Build and design network models to simulate environments and validate configuration improvements.
• Evaluate new network modeling tools and collaborate on development efforts.
• Publish modeling test results and present findings, including issues and resolutions, to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Work with Global Network Engineering, Architecture, and Operations teams to understand designs and ensure timely certification.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional network engineering experience.
• Proficiency with EVE-NG, Cisco CML, and Riverbed NetPlanner.
• Hands-on experience with EIGRP, MPLS, VPN, and HSRP.
• Knowledge of SDN, NFV, and TLS.
• Strong understanding of configuration management, operating systems, and internet directory services.
• Ability to design, analyze, and approve conceptual, logical, or physical network designs.
• Strong mentoring skills to provide constructive performance feedback.
• Proven ability to manage time independently and work under pressure.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working across Commercial, Data Center, Cloud, Hadoop, and Backbone environments.
