Description

You will manage network monitoring telemetry and infrastructure within a global enterprise WAN/LAN environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Migrate network monitoring telemetry to new solutions while expanding existing capabilities.
• Configure data collection and monitoring for network devices across headquarters, data centers, colocation facilities, and international offices.
• Administer monitoring tools, including device discovery, product installations, maintenance releases, upgrades, and security updates.
• Implement automation for technical tasks to improve operational efficiency.
• Create and maintain technical support documentation and infrastructure diagrams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience administering network monitoring tools in a large enterprise environment.
• Deep understanding of WAN/LAN architectures.
• Hands-on experience with SNMP data collection, trap collection, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with NetFlow collection and troubleshooting.
• Ability to configure alerts and build dashboards in network performance management tools.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, MPLS, and BGP.
• Experience with Linux environments, specifically RHEL and Ubuntu.
• Experience working with Client and Event Management solutions.
