Description

You will lead the migration of on-premises network infrastructure to Azure Cloud, owning hybrid connectivity and security architecture.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Execute complex network migrations from on-premises environments to Azure.
• Configure and manage Azure VPN Gateway, ExpressRoute, and Virtual WAN for hybrid connectivity.
• Implement and maintain Azure Firewall, DDoS Protection, and Web Application Firewall (WAF).
• Manage traffic distribution using Azure Load Balancer, Application Gateway, and Traffic Manager.
• Maintain network security through firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention, and load balancing.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in network engineering.
• Deep understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, and VPNs.
• Expertise in routing protocols including BGP and OSPF.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Networking and Azure Cloud environments.
• Proficiency with Palo Alto firewalls and VMware SD-WAN.
• Strong knowledge of network security principles and implementation.
• Experience managing hybrid connectivity in cloud environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with traffic management strategies using Azure Traffic Manager.
