Roles & Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and stability.
- Own networking issues connecting and supporting corporate and shared network environments.
- Drive critical issue resolution and break-fix for priority one and two issues.
- Coordinate and work with external vendors for various operational issues and projects.
- Provide hardware support and maintenance for all networking components across the organization.
- Manage existing and new networking solutions including monitoring network stability and uptime.
- Handle various projects related to site expansion, hardware refresh, and technology refresh requirements.
- Handle escalated issues from level one, two, and three teams and provide timely resolution.
- Respond to and document outages and circuit failures through comprehensive incident reporting processes.
- Identify corrective actions for critical incidents and drive them to closure through problem management.
- Interact with internal users to evaluate needs and build appropriate solutions to meet requirements.
- Maintain documentation and change control processes to ensure proper network management standards.
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance in various change management tasks and procedures.
- Monitor event logs and services proactively to identify potential issues before they impact operations.
- Attend scheduled network change calls that may impact overall network availability and performance.
Experience Required: Approximately 10 years of Enterprise/Telecom Network infrastructure relevant experience with detailed orientation and excellent communication skills.
Education: Bachelor's degree in technology or any other bachelor's degree
