Description

You will own the design, deployment, and operational support of network services across corporate, supply chain, and customer support centers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own network infrastructure support by resolving complex issues and proposing design modifications.
• Manage performance analysis, proactive troubleshooting, capacity planning, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Execute change controls, monitor the environment, and maintain process documentation.
• Automate operational tasks to simplify processes and participate in 24x7 on-call rotations.
• Lead network and network security operations teams with a focus on operational excellence.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of experience in network implementation and operations support (Routing, Switching, Wireless).
• Platform knowledge of Juniper, Aruba, Cisco, and SDWAN.
• Solid understanding of IP/MPLS, Ethernet, and IP services including IPv4, IPv6, VPN, Multicast, QoS, and SNMP.
• Experience with wireless technologies, 802.11 security architecture, and RF site surveys.
• Proficiency with network management tools such as Solarwinds, Nagios, Zabbix, or Zenoss.
• Hands-on experience with protocol analyzers and debugging tools.
• Working knowledge of Linux platforms and scripting languages like Python or Perl.
• BSc or BE in Electronics, Computer Science, or an equivalent degree.

Preferred Skills

• Multi-platform technical skills.
• Knowledge of NFV and SDWAN.
