Description

You will own the design, deployment, and support of network infrastructure across corporate locations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own network infrastructure support and independently solve complex technical issues.
• Perform proactive troubleshooting, capacity planning, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Monitor environment performance and manage change controls to ensure SLAs are met.
• Automate operational tasks to simplify and improve processes.
• Maintain process documentation and participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of experience designing, deploying, and managing IPv4/IPv6 networks.
• Hands-on experience with Routers, Switches, and Firewalls.
• Platform knowledge of Juniper, Palo Alto, Aruba, Fortigate, or Cisco.
• Solid understanding of IP/MPLS and Ethernet technologies.
• Proficiency in IP services including VPN, Multicast, QoS, and SNMP.
• Experience with VOIP, SIP, Contact Center networks, Call Managers, and Voice Gateways.
• Knowledge of Wireless LAN topologies, 802.11 security architecture, and RF site surveys.
• Experience using network management tools such as Solarwinds, Nagios, Zabbix, or Zenoss.
• Ability to use Protocol Analyzers and debugging tools.
• Scripting experience with Python, Perl, and familiarity with Linux platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Experience engaging directly with vendors for hardware and service requirements.
