Description

You will manage and maintain complex network infrastructures across physical sites and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and troubleshoot Versa, wireless technologies, routers, switches, and Nexus switches.
• Manage LAN/WAN connectivity between on-premise systems and Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud environments.
• Deploy and maintain firewalls, controllers, and AVI/F5 load balancers.
• Resolve incident, change, and problem tickets within SLA using ITSM platforms, restoring services through rapid isolation or workarounds.
• Produce technical documentation including runbooks, SOPs, network schemas, and analytical reports.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of network engineering experience.
• Mandatory proficiency in Versa.
• Hands-on experience with BGP, OSPF, ISIS, and VXLAN.
• Deep understanding of IPsec, GRE, and MPLS.
• Experience managing connectivity in Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Knowledge of security concepts including content filtering, threat protection, VPNs, NAT, and port forwarding.
• Ability to manage standalone/stacked routers, switches, and load balancers.
• Strong incident, change, and problem management skills.
• Ability to review Statements of Work (SOW) and technical documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience managing Financial Services customers.
