Description

Architect and manage network infrastructure deployments while leading a small team of network professionals.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy network infrastructure for new office setups independently.
• Perform physical networking tasks including cable running, wire splicing, and cable testing.
• Execute Wi-Fi heat maps and channel planning.
• Oversee network performance monitoring using QoS and traffic shaping strategies.
• Evaluate networking KPIs and report performance metrics to management.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in network engineering.
• Extensive knowledge of Cisco technologies.
• Experience with corporate VPN and company-wide networking solutions.
• Proficiency in physical networking tasks and advanced troubleshooting.
• Significant experience in a leadership role within an enterprise environment.
• Strong project management abilities.
• Experience managing small technical teams.
• Ability to coordinate with compliance and security departments to meet regulatory standards.

Preferred Skills

• Collaboration with ISPs, vendors, and internal security and R&D teams.
