Description

You will maintain the design and integrity of the internal network, supporting approximately 160 Fortinet devices and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and test complex infrastructure to meet business customer needs.
• Deploy new firewalls to branch offices, converting them from layer 2 routing to layer 3.
• Provide 24x7 onsite and remote support for critical business systems.
• Resolve Service-Now tickets, urgently analyze technical issues, and troubleshoot escalated problems.
• Create and update documentation pertaining to the current state of the network architecture and new installations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience designing, configuring, and troubleshooting complex networks.
• Expert knowledge of FortiGate, FortiManager, and FortiAnalyzer appliances.
• Proficiency in routing protocols: EIGRP, OSPF, RIP, and BGP.
• Solid understanding of network routers and switches, including VLAN, VTP, and STP protocols.
• Experience with Access Control Lists, Firewalls, VPN, and Wi-Fi technologies.
• Knowledge of PCI/PII requirements and secure public/private network connectivity.
• Experience in network monitoring and management tools, VOIP, and QoS.
