Description

Architect and manage network infrastructure deployments while leading a small team of network professionals.

Architect and deploy network infrastructure for new office setups independently. Perform physical networking tasks including cable running, wire splicing, and cable testing. Execute Wi-Fi heat maps and channel planning. Oversee network performance monitoring using QoS and traffic shaping strategies. Evaluate networking KPIs and report performance metrics to management. Coordinate with compliance and security departments to meet regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in network engineering.
• Extensive knowledge of Cisco technologies.
• Experience with corporate VPN and company-wide networking solutions.
• Proficiency in physical networking tasks and advanced troubleshooting.
• Significant experience in a leadership role within an enterprise environment.
• Strong project management abilities.
• Experience managing small technical teams.

Preferred Skills
