Description

You will lead the stability, performance, and evolution of the enterprise network infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure availability and performance across LAN/WAN, WLAN, SD WAN, data center, and cloud interconnects, proactively remediating alerts and capacity issues.
• Lead major incidents, drive root cause analysis (RCA), and implement corrective actions while maintaining post-incident documentation.
• Author change plans, execute network changes during maintenance windows, and adhere to ITIL processes and risk controls.
• Scope, design, and deliver small to medium network projects, such as site cutovers, Wi Fi refreshes, or routing redesigns.
• Publish L2/L3/WLAN standards, address/route plans, and maintain High Level Design (HLD)/Low Level Design (LLD) documentation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in network engineering.
• Expert knowledge of LAN/WAN, WLAN, and SD WAN technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Meraki APIs for network automation.
• Experience administering network ACLs, firewalls (ASA’s, FTD’s), VPNs, segmentation, and NAC (e.g., 802.1X).
• Proficiency in designing VPC/VNet topologies and hybrid connectivity (VPN/Direct Connect/ExpressRoute).
• Capability to build lab tests, pilots, and staged rollouts with defined success criteria.
• Experience with Cisco Enterprise Routers and Switches.
• Ability to manage TAC escalations, RMA, and firmware/OS lifecycle management.
• Any Graduate education.
