Description

You will provide Level 3 support for enterprise network infrastructure, managing Cisco ACI environments and data center technologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve critical network incidents through root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
• Configure, monitor, and maintain Cisco Nexus switches and data center networking components.
• Manage and troubleshoot load balancers to ensure optimal traffic distribution.
• Handle incident, problem, and change management activities in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Participate in planned maintenance activities and provide weekend support when required.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of overall networking experience.
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on Level 3 Network Support experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Cisco ACI (Application Centric Infrastructure).
• Deep understanding of enterprise and data center networking architectures.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot load balancer configurations.
• Strong analytical and diagnostic skills for complex network issues.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
